Wings Etc. Debuts Two Cozy New Mac ’N’ Cheese Dishes
January 08, 2025 // Franchising.com // FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Wings Etc. Grill & Pub is taking the chill out of winter with two new mouthwatering takes on comfort food, perfectly paired with a refreshing berry beverage, available starting January 7.
Cozy classics combine for one delicious masterpiece in the BBQ Chicken Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese. The dish features Wings Etc.’s diced crispy or grilled boneless chicken piled high atop a plate of rich and creamy macaroni and cheese studded with savory bacon bits. BBQ sauce plus a layer of shredded cheddar jack cheese tops off this satisfying dish.
And you don’t have to be from snowy Buffalo to warm up to the new Buffalo Mac ‘N’ Cheese. Hot diced crispy or grilled boneless chicken is tossed with Wings Etc.’s Mild Buffalo sauce and heaped on a plate of fresh and creamy macaroni and cheese. Finished with another drizzle of Mild Buffalo sauce and a hearty helping of shredded cheddar jack cheese, this dish delivers bold flavor in every bite.
The Berry Long Island is Wings Etc.’s bold, boozy, blackberry-infused twist on a classic, featuring Tito’s® Handmade Vodka, Sauza® Hacienda Silver Tequila, Beefeater® Gin, Bacardi® Rum, Reál® Blackberry Syrup, Sweet & Sour and Starry®, finished with a lemon wheel for a refreshingly vibrant sip.
The entrees were a hit during their test run in Southeast Missouri Wings Etc. restaurants last fall.
“We love to surprise our guests by presenting their favorites in fresh new ways,” says CEO Rob Hensmann. “Our goal is ‘Big Flavor,’ and our new Mac ‘N’ Cheese dishes bring together tried-and-true ingredients that add up to more than the sum of their parts. The Berry Long Island is a fun reminder of warmer days and a great cocktail whatever the occasion.”
The BBQ Chicken Bacon Mac ‘N’ Cheese and Buffalo Mac ‘N’ Cheese debut in restaurants nationwide January 7, 2025, and will be available for a limited time.
