Jersey Mike's Opens First Maple Grove Location

Owners Celebrate With Free Sub Fundraiser

September 04, 2014 // Franchising.com // Maple Grove, MN - Jersey Mike's Subs, known for its fresh sliced/fresh grilled subs, opened in Maple Grove on August 20. Franchise owners John Griparis, Jeff Berns, and Tim Quiring held a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from Wednesday, August 20 to Sunday, August 24 to support the District 279 Foundation and the Maplebrook Soccer Association.

The new restaurant, located at 16375 County Road 30, circulated 8,000 coupons throughout the community offering a free regular sub for a minimum $1 contribution to the District 279 Foundation or the Maplebrook Soccer Association.

"Partnering with the District 279 Foundation and the Maplebrook Soccer Association means that we can get involved with our community in a meaningful way," said Griparis. "By supporting the educational and recreational needs of our local youth, we can help ensure higher standards of learning and foster healthy competition for young athletes."
