Tony Roma's Names Ken Myres and David Short to Chief Executive Positions

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Romacorp, Inc. announced the appointment of Ken Myres to Chief Operating Officer and David Short to Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at their annual stockholder meeting in Dallas today. Myres and Short will report to John Morgan, Chairman of the Board of the worldwide restaurant company.

Myres will be responsible for the Company and Franchise Operations, Training, Culinary Operations and Franchise Development areas while Short will oversee the Finance, Legal, Accounting, Purchasing, HR, IT and Benefits functions. Short will continue to be the company's General Counsel.
