Successful Franchising Couple Adding 3 The Little Gym Locations

John and Dena Murphy are Tampa Bay locals who operate one of the top-performing Christian Brothers Automotive locations in the system. They are now diversifying their business by signing a new three-unit agreement with The Little Gym and plan to open those locations in the Tampa market over the next three years.

The Murphys are looking at Tampa’s Westchase area for their first The Little Gym location and have sights set on Odessa and Wesley Chapel for their other two gyms.

Since their acquisition and investment in their store’s employees and culture, annual revenue has increased by more than 200% and their store ranks among the brand’s top 5 locations. The couple have been in franchising since 2019.
