Firehouse Subs Operators to Develop PayMore Locations

Dan and Lindsay Lowe are experienced master franchisees with Firehouse Subs. Over the course of 26 years, the couple has built a portfolio of 36 of the sandwich brand’s restaurants in the Washington, DC and Baltimore area. Now they have signed a five-store development agreement with buy-sell-trade electronics brand PayMore in the DC Metro market. Their first location is set to open in Reston, Virginia this fall.
“We were seeking to get in on the ground floor of the next big franchise opportunity and after reviewing PayMore’s incredible unit economics and strong Item 19, we knew it was the right investment for us at this time,” said Dan Lowe, who also has previous experience as a Domino’s franchisee.
Franchising with PayMore also gives the Lowes a good way to diversify their portfolio during a time of continued staffing and supply chain issues in the restaurant space.
Lowe said he signed a five-store deal, but his intention is to develop more than 10 stores in the DC metro market over time.
