Firehouse Subs Operator Keeps Growing

Joe Fallin just opened the doors to his third Firehouse Subs restaurant, this time in Rockford, Illinois.

Fallin says he fell in love with the brand's food and service while visiting his brother and sister-in-law in Bradenton, Florida, a few years ago. He liked the brand so much he decided to join the Firehouse Subs system and opened his first Firehouse Subs restaurant in Janesville, Wisconsin, in 2016. It was a good fit and he followed that up a year later by opening his second Firehouse Subs shop in his hometown of Beloit, Wisconsin.

"The first time I tried Firehouse Subs' food, I fell in love with the high quality of the ingredients as well as the heartiness of the portions," Fallin said. "Once I learned how the brand helps save lives through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, I knew this was the perfect franchise to bring to the Stateline area. I'm excited to expand into Rockford, where I've spent many weekends shopping, doing recreational activities, and visiting family."

The Jacksonville, Florida-based Firehouse Subs has more than 1,170 restaurants in 46 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and non-traditional locations. The brand has granted more than $42 million to public safety organizations via its Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.
