Firehouse Subs Multi-Unit Operators Open 6th Location

Eddie Wells and Mitul Desai have been Firehouse Subs multi-unit operators for the last seven years. Last week the duo opened their sixth Firehouse Subs restaurant, this time in Vidalia, Georgia, as the state began reopening for business amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
The partners’ new location utilizes a drive-thru window for takeout orders, welcomes online ordering through the Firehouse Subs app and website, and takes call-in phone orders with takeout service at the counter inside. Following state and local regulations, their dining room is open at 30% capacity and outdoor patio seating is available.
Like other Firehouse Subs operators, Wells and Desai share the brand’s commitment to giving back through Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which has granted more than $3 million in Georgia.
Firehouse Subs was founded in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1994. Today the fast-casual chain has more than 1,170 restaurants in 45 states, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
